For our collaboration with Intent Brandwork and Mountain Warehouse, we focused on producing a series of engaging videos that not only showcased their outdoor gear in action but also offered practical, actionable tips from adventurer and TV presenter Rhiane Fatinikun MBE. Her insights helped adventurers enhance their hiking experiences while seamlessly highlighting the quality and functionality of Mountain Warehouse products.
Short-form videos do more than spark interest—they actively demonstrate the versatility of your products, allowing your audience to picture themselves hiking through mountains or exploring new terrain with confidence and excitement.
To enhance the segment where Rhiane shares advice on checking the weather before hiking, we designed and animated custom motion graphics that provided clear, graphical context. These animations illustrated the steps and tools she recommended, such as using weather apps and checking forecasts.
The graphics included dynamic icons like weather symbols (sun, clouds, rain), wind indicators, and temperature readings. These visuals were overlaid seamlessly onto the video, helping viewers understand the importance of being prepared for changing conditions. By animating these elements, we kept the content engaging and informative, guiding the audience step by step through Rhiane’s practical advice.
This visual approach ensured that key information was easy to follow and remember, reinforcing Mountain Warehouse’s commitment to safety and preparation, and encouraging viewers to think ahead on their next outdoor adventure.
To enhance the visual appeal and informational value of our short-form videos, we created custom animated route maps and data visualisations for five key hiking locations featured in Rhiane’s “Top 5 Hikes in the UK” video: Mam Tor, Ravenscar, Kentmere Reservoir, The Seven Sisters Walk, and The Welsh Coast Path: An extensive route animation highlighting major cities on this 870-mile path!
These bespoke animations, created using Adobe After Effects and GEOlayers 3, provided viewers with engaging visual guides and reinforced Mountain Warehouse’s commitment to supporting outdoor enthusiasts with quality gear and invaluable information. The animations are seamlessly integrated with the live-action footage, creating a comprehensive and inspiring viewing experience that encourages audiences to explore these breathtaking locations.
Filmed at Mam Tor in the Peak District, we captured stunning visuals of the products being used in a real-world setting. Using cinematic videography, and aerial drone footage, and later, enhancing them with custom motion graphics to highlight key information. Our goal was simple—create videos that inspire adventure and drive engagement, while keeping your brand front and centre in the viewer’s mind.
The project began with a scenic 6.6 km circular route from Edale to the summit of Mam Tor. Armed with my drone, I set out to capture the stunning, panoramic views of Hope Valley, scouting locations that would best showcase the dramatic landscapes and the essence of outdoor adventure.
From there, we moved into production, carefully shooting footage that would highlight the durability and practicality of Mountain Warehouse’s gear. Using a mix of ground-level and aerial shots, we brought the environment to life, framing each scene to fit both landscape (16:9) and portrait (9:16) formats to ensure versatility across social media platforms.
Post-production involved meticulous colour grading, enhancing the natural beauty of the scenes to ensure a consistent and polished visual style. We also designed and animated custom motion graphics to add clarity and context, such as guiding viewers through Rhiane’s advice on checking the weather before setting off on a hike.
The final step was distributing the short-form videos across various platforms, optimised to capture and retain the audience’s attention, sparking engagement, and inspiring viewers to gear up for their adventures.
From the initial location scouting to the final polished edit, this project was a comprehensive effort to bring Mountain Warehouse’s outdoor products to life, encouraging outdoor enthusiasts to explore with confidence.
