Music videos can be used to convey a message or story, and sometimes have celebrities appearing in them for added reach.
They are usually high-budget productions, with big names involved both in front of and behind the camera.
Many music videos now include what is known as a “call to action”, which is an invitation for viewers to do something specific, such as buy a product, visit a website, or donate to a cause.
