Nascent musical melody and movement makers longed for a music video that would put them on the map.
Before Atlas, wanted a music video with a difference that would put them on the map with the release of the upcoming debut track ‘Jezebel’. Utilising slow-motion drone footage filmed in the Scottish Highlands, the song lyrics were motion tracked along the slow-moving river (in reverse) along with footage of the groups’ singer in a True Detective double-exposure style.
Inspiration
Inspiration was taken from the styling of the opening scenes of the TV mini-series ‘The Third Day’ — with its vibrant greens, bokeh lens effects, and subtle hints of grey to add to the drama.
